This program is the ideal program for clients who are looking to challenge and increase their fitness and want a time effective, long term solution to build and maintain their fitness for life. Ideally you have a base level of fitness when you start this program. This is a great program to complete after you have completed a transformation program.

Here's what you receive when you are training in Total Body Fitness:

> A minimum of 2 x sessions of face-to-face training with a personal trainer per week (choice of one on one indoor and outdoor group training options)
> Goal setting
> Optional Monthly Measurement
> Regular record setting so you know how much your fitness is improving
> Complimentary Oxygen Personal Training T-Shirt and Oxygen Personal Training Water Bottle.
> Choice of 2 sessions per week or 3 sessions per week + unlimited outdoor sessions
