Crunch X-press a one hour intensive upper body workout featuring
boxing, kickboxing, strength and abdominals.
Crunch express is the ideal "fat terminator" for:
> People who run regularly but want tone and definition their
upper body
> People recovering from injuries in their legs
> People who just don't like running but want to do cardio.
The training is interval based so it is suitable for all fitness
levels- if you are initially not very fit you will get fit in this
class very quickly!
