What We Do

Semi Private Personal Training
The majority of our personal training clients participate in our semi private sessions- the results are just as impressive as our One-on-one programs and the semi private training programs are great fun.

Clients find they get all the motivation, guidance and support they need in these fast paced full body sessions - and of course results.

We find clients work harder when they are in a group and due to the great positive energy in the groups clients look forward to their workouts.

If you ever need a boost, the camaraderie, fun, and the person working out next to you can help to lift you up. The social support that you receive from your fellow workout partners is something that you just can't get with one-on-one training.

There is a social atmosphere in the workouts that most people find enjoyable - people tend to work a little harder when there are other people there - it's hard to slack off when the person next to you is working their butt off!

Our semi private sessions typically have 3-6 clients per session - the intensity and strength of the workout is adjusted for each participant to ensure that everyone is working at a suitable level for the current level of fitness and goals.

You dont have to start your own group- we have sessions for you to join early in the morning before work, at 9:30am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm and on Saturday Mornings.

One-on-One Training
Accountability is everything when trying to reach your health and fitness goals and private one-on-one personal training offers the best environment in which to excel towards your goals. Our one-on-one personal training clients typically train with us 3-4 times per week.

One-on-one personal training is also particularly suitable for clients with specific needs.

Start-up Session
This is the first session you complete with Oxygen - in this session we complete your Body Composition assessment, take your Measurements, before Photograph and complete a full Nutrition assessment. We set your goals and map out a workable plan of action to get there.

Nutrition Coaching
Nutrition is integral to results in any health and fitness program. Most clients start with weekly one-on-one nutrition coaching, including an online food journal and done for you meal plans. One-on-one nutrition coaching, combined with our simple eating system is what gets every client results fast.

Most clients are surprised at how much more food they are able to eat compared to what they had been eating!

Over time our clients transition to less frequent nutrition coaching, although they can always have a refresher whenever they need it.

Regular Measurement
To assess the success of a program you must be measuring your progress - and not just in kilos. We measure you body composition, your centimetres and even your fitness so you have an accurate overall picture of your success. Most clients start with weekly measurement and then transition to less frequent measurement depending on their goals.

Refocus Sessions- One of the keys to staying fit and healthy for life is focusing on why you are training - each month we have a one-on-one refocus session with our clients to ensure we know what is important to our clients and to ensure they stay on track with their fitness
