"I love the group dynamic at Oxygen,
the atmosphere is great everyone gets to know everyone else as the
groups are so small and everyone encourages you along.
I found it really tough at the start as my
fitness level was very low but all the trainers push you hard in
a good way and encourage you to battle through it.
It was all worth it in the end when I say
the results.
The weekly measurements were excellent also
as they allow you see your progress as you go and the feedback on
your food diary helps you stay on track.
I also like the fact that I didn't have to
starve myself, I actually thought some days I was eating more than
I normally would the only difference was it was all healthy foods.
